Stagiair-(ir) architect

We are looking for a talented and motivated (engineering) architect or intern to join our team. As part of our office, you will have the opportunity to work on various challenging projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with our team of experienced architects and engineers to develop innovative and sustainable solutions together.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural plans and concepts.
• Perform technical and structural analyses.
• Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors and government agencies.
• Monitoring the construction site and supervising the execution of works.
• Prepare presentations and presentations for clients.
• Assist with administrative tasks and project management.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Architecture).
• Experience as an architect or intern is a plus but not a requirement.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Living in the wide region around Ronse.
• Strong design and visualisation skills.
• Skilled in the use of: CAD software, 3D design software and other relevant design tools, Microsoft
• Office and BIM software (is a plus).
• Creative, solution-oriented and accurate.
• Good communication skills and team player.
