The outdated building of the ‘Solidaris’ health insurance fund in Ronse underwent a thorough renovation with an added extension, providing a new architectural appearance in the street and guiding visitors into the building with a spatial reorganization.
The existing offices of the health insurance fund no longer met the contemporary needs of service and organization. Various parts of the building were in poor condition, and so the structure required significant renovation.
For the new design, a contemporary brick architecture was resolutely chosen. The structure of the old building was largely preserved, but thanks to a complete internal reorganization and new design, the building now meets both the energy requirements and the demand for a modern building that supports the high-quality services provided to its customers.
