Totaalrenovatie Woonproject Scheldekouter

Work in progress. Phase 1 of the large-scale renovation project in Ronse has already been completed, the next phase is under construction! This renovation of 128 residential units, spread over 4 residential blocks in the patrimony of the Social Housing Firm "Woonmaatschappij Vlaamse Ardennen", aims to create a second full life cycle for the existing buildings. In the design of the new facades, the existing window layouts are retained, but connected in a playful way. See below for more photos and information.
